EA FC: Comfort Trade: How to get EA FC Backup Codes?

When using Comfort Trade, we will ask you to enter 2 backup codes. This email will explain how to get the backup code to save you time.

1. Open the website: https://myaccount.ea.com/cp-ui/security/index
3. After logging in, On the new page, click on the “Security” tab.
4. Click the ‘view’ button next to the saved codes.
5. To get the backup codes, you must enter a numeric code. Please receive the numeric code from your phone or email address as usual.

6. After entering the code, please save 2 backup codes when you see them. (Note that the save code displayed in gray indicates that it has been used, please save only the black ones.)

7. On the Delivery page, enter the 2 save codes you just saved and start the delivery.

The backup code is 8 digits long and you can get 6 backup codes at a time. After using 6 codes, you can follow the above method and then select “create new codes” at the last step.
